I got the idea to make a voxel game in APL in August and only started working on it in November. I spent time going through the numerous online resources for APL in-between those two months, learning and chewing how exactly I could do what I want to do in APL in bite sized pieces. Even now, I don't feel like I have a great handle on a lot of APL's features.[4]
